If you are having difficulties with the federal government, my staff and I are available to help you. We can contact federal agencies on your behalf to obtain information or attempt to resolve individual problems. While we cannot dictate to an agency how it should resolve a problem, we can ask it to review your matter and to respond comprehensively. Due to Senate ethics rules, I am not permitted to assist in pending court matters.
Under the Privacy Act of 1974, Senator Alsobrooks’ office must obtain written authorization to assist you. To get started, please complete either the Casework Authorization Form or the USCIS Privacy Release Form as applicable (see below for details).
